We had such a great experience with this company! From the beginning, they were responsive, reasonably priced, and able to get us scheduled right away. The crew finished everything in just a few hours and did a fantastic job. I was especially impressed with how much they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The owner stopped by during the job to personally thank us for choosing them. We also mentioned a plumbing issue with our sink that had been bothering us for a long time, and without hesitation, he had one of his plumbers come over to help us with it. It's been a couple of months now and everything they installed is still working perfectly. Even better, the owner recently followed up with us just to make sure we were still happy and everything was working as it should. You just don't see that level of service and follow-through very often anymore. We're extremely happy we chose them and would definitely use them again!

Amazing experience from start to finish! They came out the very next day, were reasonably priced, and had everything completed in about four hours. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and great to work with. What really stood out was the customer service. The owner personally came by to shake my hand and thank me for the business. While they were working, I happened to mention a problem I'd been having with my sink for almost a year, and he immediately sent one of his plumbers over to take a look! It's now been a couple of months since the work was completed, and everything is still working great. The owner even reached out personally to check in and make sure everything was still 100%. That kind of follow-up and customer service is hard to find these days. Great work, fair pricing, great people, and truly amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend them!

One of the best investments we made for our home. It's a night and day difference in our water quality! John and his guys were awesome to work with! They were professional, efficient, punctual, and educated us on our water; everything you want when making an investment. Our only regret was not reaching out to John sooner. Definitely recommend John!

I just had a water system installed by Generation H2O and I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything went. From the first conversation, their team made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. They took their time explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt pressured at any point. The installation day went super smooth fast, clean, and professional. Now that it's in, the difference in our water is obvious. It tastes cleaner, feels better, and you can really tell the quality improved throughout the house. Overall, just a great experience and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their water system.

I am very pleased with the customer service, great communication, and professionalism that I received during the whole process of getting our water filtration system. Once installed I noticed the change in the water quality immediately. They answered all our questions and made the process easy. We would recommend them, especially if you live in Riverstone area they built a system just to deal with all the issues. I am a happy customer.

John and his crew came out on Friday morning, we proposed a plan of where we were installing it in the garage. Unfortunately the water piping was not exactly were I thought it was. However John's crew didn't miss a beat and came up with a plan to make the connections to the softener which looks clean and professionally done. Also, John came out a few days later and relocated our RO tank to the back of the kitchen sink storage area to save room for storing cleaning items below the sink. John and Chris (sales) also followed up on any questions I had and provided documentation that I requested. My wife and I are really happy with the system so far and can feel the difference when taking showers or drinking water.

It's hard to do bad business with a great person, I got a great vibe from the get go with Jon and it got even better when he showed on time and did an excellent job with my installation. I know great work isn't cheap so I didn't want to haggle with pricing, after the installation I had a friend (Wreck It Ralph) puncture a hole in my main water line building a little shed around my New Salt Water filtration system… My Dude Jon showed up and fixed what my buddy broke, that is what I call one hell of a Dude….. Oh and I love my water systems,!!!!!! Got the Akaline water under the sink as well!

John helped us install a filtration system back in Nov and it has been working well. Both RO and whole house filtration helped a lot of water quality. He answered question before and actually even a few months after when I was concerned about some stuff. Nice guy and would recommend.

John and his team are absolute professionals and did an amazing job. He is honest and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of! He is also easy to get a hold of and answering all questions!

Had two different systems installed recently. Our water is not great so we installed a dual tank filter along with tankless water heaters. We can now drink from the tap and finally use our soaker tub without having the water run cold before it's filled. Fast, friendly, and professional. These guys know what they're doing. Called Generation H2O to replace my RO filters. Excellent service knowledgeable would definitely Recommend Generation H2O for your water quality service. He also checked out my halo system. It had an error code, and he reset it.😎
